KOH-I-NOOR Hardtmuth Charcoal Blocks Set of 6

A professional-grade charcoal set ideal for sketching, shading, and fine art work. This set contains six charcoal blocks in assorted densities, allowing you to build tone and create varied marks from soft grays to deep blacks.

Six charcoal blocks in a range of grades for layering and blending

How to use:
Apply blocks directly to paper with light to medium pressure for initial sketching. Build depth by layering darker grades over lighter ones. Use a blending stump or tissue to soften edges and create smooth gradations. Charcoal can be easily erased or lifted with a kneaded eraser for corrections.

Best for:
Portrait work, landscape studies, tonal studies, and fine art sketching on paper or prepared surfaces.

Care:
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect finished work with fixative spray to prevent smudging.
